An Introdution

Ekko. It's a desolate world, a harsh world, a world that won't hesitate to (quite literally) eat you alive.

Long ago, on a plane called "Earth", research was being done on traveling in space and time, as well as to other planes. No one really knows what went wrong, but the end result is clear; the barriers separating the planes from each other collapsed, and worlds flowed and crashed and overlapped with one another. A singularity, the size of the entire Multiverse, was born.

Out of this chaos and turmoil, Ekko was born. It is a chimera, a patch-work world. In the aftermath of the Cataclysm, as the event came to be call

Urug'shash is a character from my first story, The Lurker in the Sewer. It's about a strange being in...well, a sewer. I wrote it in an attempt to emulate H.P. Lovecraft's writing style, and the story itself is set in the Cthulhu Mythos.

Urug'shash is an ancient god of insanity, sadism, violence, filth, perversion, and a few other fun things. He, or rather 'it', likes to nest in damp, dark, and dirty places near an easily accessible food source (i.e. peoples). It routinely takes control of people's minds, calling them to it's lair for food, sport, and followers. Any worshipers that it doesn't devour (or worse) are turned into something...else. Something inhuman...
